WATCHDOGTIMER	CPU WatchDog Notification. Bind callback handler to kernel when started. Handler will be fired whenver Kernel's watchdog timer fires.
CPUSLEEP	CPU Sleep Notification. Bind callback handler to kernel when started. Handler will be fired before CPU goes to sleep.
